My partner is Alessandro Argenta, he lives at Gregori Street 9, in Vicenza.

 He is a fan of Internazionale Milaan.

 He likes music, pizza, martial arts.

 He has special interest in biology.

 He has a happy and polite character.

 He wants to study philosophy and became a pilot.

 I like him because he is very friendly and he is allways polite.

 His bad quality is: I think he is affraid to make mistakes.

 

Interview:

What was for you the difference between the week in Italie, and the week in Holland??

For me was the biggest difference, the food. It's totally different of Italie. Also the time that we ate was totally different of Italie.

 

What's your opinion about the NewmanCollege??

I think the school is very nice. It's also very big! And I noticed that there are a lot of different people!

 

What kind of activities did you do after the schoolprogram and did you like them??

Saturday we went to a restaurant<Upstairs>, the food was really nice, and also the service was really good. After that dinner we went into the center. We have been in a couple of pubs. It was very nice.

Sunday we went to the Efteling. We were with 48 persons, and it was very nice to see and it was also very big. It was a little bit a mixed tour through the park, the most time we walked with my italian friends.

Monday we went to Jeffrey de Groot. We played at his PS3. It was a really nice evening.

Thursday after the farewell party we went to the centre it was a very nice evening we all partied a lot.

 

What was your experience with the dutch familylife??

It was a very nice experience and the family was very polite to me. I also liked the hospitality of the family.

 

What did you noticed about the dutch food??

It is totally different of the Italian food, I think it is also a bit strange. Of the dutch food I really liked: Stroopwafels and Spritsen(Boterkoeken)

 

What's your impression of Amsterdam??

I think it's totally different of my thoughts. I thought it was a very nice city but it was not that good as I thought but I really liked the text in the park. I AM|sterdam.

 

What's your impression of Rotterdam??

I think it is a very nice city. I really liked it. I also liked the museum, it was very interesting. I also think that Rotterdam has a gigantic harbor.

 

What was the most nice part of the week??

The most nice part was the outgoing of thursday-friday. It was very nice and funny. And we saw a little piece of Breda.

 

How was the communication with the dutch students??

I think it was very good for our education. But for me it wasn't that easy because I'm not the best in English.

 

What are the most important characters of dutch people, in your eyes?? 

I think the most important character is that allmost all the people are very polite. We have seen the people in Venice, allmost all the people in Venice are dismal. And in Amsterdam and Rotterdam allmost everyone was polite.

 

Did you have invent new thoughts about Holland??

Yeah, first I thought that Holland was a very boring country. I thought that Holland was a country without something to see. But after this exchange my thoughts are very changed!

 

What is the difference between the Dutch familylife and the Italian familylife??

The Italian familylife has a faster rush.

The Dutch familylife is much more happy.

 

Did you have a prejudge about Holland??

Yes I had, I thought it was a very boring country but after this exchange, I noticed that this prejudge was very wrong!!

 

What's the fact that you didn't like about Holland??

The climate but that's all.

 

What's your opinion about the program of the last week??

I think it was a good program, only the assignments in the city, with that walking, were assignments without a target. And that's a little bit boring!

 

What should you improve of the program??

I should improve the assignments. I should make the assignments with a target, so the students will be driven too walk to the spot and also learn something about the city!

 

het was een zeer educatieve uitwisseling ik vond het ook zeer leuk om zoveel nieuwe vrienden te kunnen maken. het was wel jammer dat het niet in het zelfde jaar was. want nu heb je net een nieuwe klas en waren we net een beetje een gemengde klas en krijg je met de uitwisseling weer dat de klassen weer op gesplitst worden in twee groepen wat misschien ook invloed heef
